Arjuna Myles - Founder & Director - Drill Designer

Arjuna is a graduate of Florida State College in Jacksonsville and currently resides in Gainesville, Florida. He is an alumni to the Santa Fe High School “Raider Regiment”. From 2004 to present day Arjuna has been serving the “Raider Regiment” and many other bands in the North Florida region as either woodwind staff, brass staff, visual tech, caption heads, and drill design. Arjuna currently is the assistant band director at Santa Fe High School and is the visual designer and tech at Gainesville HS.

In 2002, Arjuna started writing drill in high school, but it wasn’t until 2004 that he started his own company, Arjuna Drill, where he began writing drill for a living. Since then he has written award winning shows for bands all across the country including Queen City HS who is the 3 time consecutive Texas AA state champs, and recently Marriotts Ridge High HS who won the 2013 Mid-Atlantic 4A state title. He has also written for schools in over 20 different states such as Texas, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, New Jersey, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, California, Illinois, Maryland, Kentucky, Virginia, Washington, Tennessee, Missouri, Georgia, New York, Ohio, and Indiana. He started writing only 3 shows his first year, but this season he wrote 25 total custom marching shows for competitive bands all over the country.

In 2010, Arjuna was contacted by famous music composer Key Poulan about partnering up to write custom and pre-designed shows for his music. Many of Arjuna’s current clients come from Key and they continue to work together to produce competitive and non-competitive shows.

In 2013 Arjuna debuted his drill in the drum corps world as the new designer for the MillenniuM Drum & Bugle Corps in Verdello, Itlay. This also marked his first international client. The MillenniuM Drum & Bugle Corps debuted their show, VOODOO, on their tour in Japan and Europe during the 2013 summer.

On the percussion front, Arjuna has been writing custom indoor shows for Key Poulan and many of his marching band clients. He is the ensemble visual head for Bell HS with their new percussion, Group 352. This group is actually a combined scholastic ensemble of 8 different schools in district 4 including Santa Fe, Bell, Newberry, Buhholz, and Trenton. Arjuna also designed the show for the Midlakes Independent A percussion who won the 2013 NYSPC state title.

Arjuna is incredibly excited to be bring his many talents to his own group, Project Arts. He hopes to bring new and exciting ideas to the indoor activity. And on a final note he is a new and very proud father! His beautiful daughter, Kaishori Devi, was born on March 27, 2014.


Originally from Pennsylvania, Joshua Wendt has spent the last ten years living in Gainesville, Florida cultivating his musical and professional career. Joshua has spent the past 6 years working with the Santa Fe "Raider Regiment" marching band, and has been part of 3 state championship titles during his time there as well as multiple grand championships. Joshua serves as the Brass/Visual caption head at both Santa Fe High School in Gainesville, and Nease High School in Ponte Vedra, Florida. He also plays roles as a visual and design consultant for multiple schools in the nation including 2013 Florida Marching Band Circuit State Champions Pace High School and BOA Grand National Finalist Cedar Park High School in Austin, Texas. Joshua's artistic talents also extend into the indoor activity, as he is the program coordinator and serves as the lead visual instructor/choreographer for the 2014 FFCC Scholastic Open Class champion Nease Indoor Percussion.

Since his arrival on the percussion scene, Nease has won back to back WGI Orlando Regional Championships, and has been promoted from A class to Open class nationally. In 2015, Joshua helped break the Nease Open Percussion Ensemble into WGI World Championship finals, taking the coveted Fan Favorite Award along the way. With the arrival of the WGI Indoor Winds activity, he was a visual and programming consultant for the 2015 Independent World Winds bronze medalist Project Arts. Joshua also served as the lead hornline choreographer at Phantom Regiment, joining the visual team in 2015 for their production "City of Light". 


Peter Crawford - MUSIC composer

Peter obtained his bachelor's degree in music composition and percussion performance from California State University, Bakersfield. His marching percussion instruction includes instructors like Alex Herrera and Tony Nunez, In 2002, Peter marched with Impulse Drum & Bugle Corps and in 2006 he aged out with Valley Independent Percussion as the tenor line section leader.


Previously, Peter has written for and taught at numerous high schools in the southwest area, even volunteering his time and talents with the Golden Empire Drum & Bugle corps as a sound technician and designer, with the Velvet Knights Drum & Bugle corps as a front ensemble technician, and he was the lead arranger for Chops Inc. Drum & Bugle Corps for 2014 and 2015.


In addition to the marching arts world Peter does sound design and digital music editing for winterguard groups. Recently he returned to indoor competition with the Orange County Independent Winds Ensemble and won a Silver and Bronze Medal in the first two years at the WGI Winds World Championships. Peter is currently working and training as a percussion adjudicator, freelance recording engineer, and professional stage technician.



Jermaine Reynolds - MUSIC

Mr. Jermaine Reynolds is the new Director of Bands at Ponte Vedra High School in Ponte Vedra, FL (July 2016-present). Prior to moving to Ponte Vedra, he was the band director at Citrus High School (2014-2016) and Newberry High School (2012 to June 2014). At the 2013 FMBC State Championships, Newberry HS placed 2nd in Class 1A.

Mr. Reynolds was born and raised in Alachua, FL. He attended and graduated from Santa Fe High School in 2004. His band director was Ms. Kathy Lavay. While in the Santa Fe band, Mr. Reynolds served as Head Drum Major his Junior and Senior year as well as Band Captain his Senior year. After Mr. Reynolds graduated high school. He was promoted to Assistant Store Manager at CVS Pharmacy where he decided to stay for 3 years until beginning college at Florida State College at Jacksonville in 2007 where he studied under Dr. Paul Weikle. Mr. Reynolds graduated from FSCJ in 2009 with his Associate of Arts Degree and transferred to the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL where he studied under Dr. Marc Dickman and Ms. Paula Thornton. In 2012, Mr. Reynolds graduated Cum Laude from UNF with his Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education.

In addition, Mr. Reynolds was a band instructor at Santa Fe High School (2004-2006) under the direction of Ms. Kathy Lavay, St. Augustine High School (2007-2010) under the direction of Mrs. Laura Beard, and Allen D. Nease High School (2010-2012) under the direction of Mr. Michael Johnson.

Mr. Reynolds’ marching and concert bands have consistently earned Superior and Excellent Ratings at FBA Festival events held across the state of Florida.

In 2016, Mr. Reynolds received the Tom Bishop Award at the Florida Music Educators Association Conference from the Florida Bandmasters Association.

Mr. Reynolds has taught at band camps, drum major clinics, and leadership clinics throughout the States of Florida and Georgia.

Mr. Reynolds is also an active member of NAFME, MENC, FMEA, and FBA.
